hallo dudes! i am back again.. clearly, my blog has once again gone into coma. kinda busy for the past few weeks.. haiz.. sad life man.. anyway, i got so much stuff to tok about but i dunno to choose which one. My title was suppose to be "chamber of sexism/truths/etc" so i shall mix everything together into one.
Firstly, y r girls so weird? i was watching some commericial on television juz now regrading cable tv. this is roughly wat it is about. the husband offered to let his wife watch her favourite shows and help to wash the dishes(something which normal guys dun do) Then, the wife runs off to her mum's house and wailed "Mum!! he's having an affair!!!" ok la, i may be stereotyping but.. TOO BAD!! haha.. no la.. jk.. i rmb my dad once told me something about competitions "u win u cry, u lose u also cry." i think it kinda applies in this context. for girls, "husband bad u cry, husband gd u also cry" i wonder y....
Secondly, why are there such things as cliques? for the benefit of those who dunno wat i am saying, cliques are groups of people who only mix around within their grp. until this yr, i fully understood the impact of such phenomenon.. u know, how limited ur social circle will be if that happens? and whenver u are wif someone not in ur "clique", u will feel awkward.. unless u are someone as sociable as me of course.. so y does this happen? can i "clique" my fingers to make the "cliques" disappear?
Guess i will end here.. if not my "KISS" policy wud be incorrect.. see ya guys around soon!!!
Henry Lamer and the Philosopher's Screwdriver
I know i know.. it's been a millenium since i last updated this fish in the sea of internet but here i am again.. haha.. sorry to all who have visited my blog and did not see anything new for the past 2 months? haha.. but that's hardly a problem now since i am here to update.
Life is so screwed up. in my current situation, i realise all students are suffering from one common disease, that is: note taking. Laugh is u wan but seriously, that's true. Everyday, without fail, students file themselves into lecture halls, sit their butts on the chairs, retrieve thier notes and stationery from their colourful bags, and wait for the lecturers to open their mouth and load up their lecturing materials. Very often, as part of the Singapore sale, u get to"buy one get one free". The lecturers wud often scream into the microphones like linkin park and ask us to shut up becoz we were making noise. Den, the disease begins. Students, like mindless robots, began to shift their pens across the paper, copying EVERYTHING that appears on the large screen. mind you, everyone does that, except the few who are falling off their chairs while going into la la land.
See? students dun think, they do wat we call "mugging", meaning all u do is memorise everything in the notes until u know can memorise where every full stops and commas are. i realise that mugging is not my style, i cannot stand it. so, that's how i achieve my "wonderful" grades for the latest exam. Students nowadays no longer does as much thinking that is necessary. But it not their fault. We are forced to do it. if we dun, we'll screw up our exams and die a horrible death. This is the current situation. so, according to my prediction, most students will become journalists, reporters, clerks, accountants and any other jobs that requires a lot of writing.
Great huh?
