Henry Lamer and the Last Stand

hi all!! so sorry that i am not uploading more pictures of disneyland.. but i promise i will do so in the coming days yeah? so, i am spending the last one and a half hour of 2007 blogging.. ignore wat the time it shows below coz its screwed.. but it is 10.47pm now.. so ya.. no countdown parties, no sleepovers, no late night out, no alcohol, no loud music, no screaming voices.. juz me, in my quiet santuary with the computer..anyway, the year is coming to an end now.. so much to say but yet dunno where to start.. hmm.. guess i will do a bit of reflection first..

the last day...

for those of u who frequent my blog.. hope u rmb that last yr, i listed impt events in 2006.. but i didnt this time.. y? coz there isn't any.. coz 2007 was a year whereby much was focus on studies.. due to the unavoidable major exams called A levels which i am sure some of u reading this know wat i am talking about.. it wasn't a breeze, irregardless of ur intelligence.. but it was harder for me coz my results were bad.. how bad? it was bad to the extent that i am probably the bottom 20% of the entire school.. which means, there are probably less than 100 people whose results are worse than mine.. so that says something.. therefore, i had the added pressure that if out of the entire school, 5% do not make it to university, i have a high chance of being one of them.. yup.. it was this bad.. anyway, i am sure some of u know how bad it was due to my entries that repeatedly mention how i muz not give up etc etc.. ya, so.. but anyway, its all over now.. all i can do now is enjoy myself and pray.. haha..

The last night...

hmmm.. wat else.. i guess this year was significant too due to the fact that i finally have juniors to bully in my cca, Nanyang Junior College Outdoor Activities Club.. ok.. maybe not bully, more like they bully me.. but still, it was an enjoyable experience, due to the fact that there were 40 of them(although the faces were changing non stop), so there were 40 different personalities to interact with, some more than others.. naughty as they were, they were still a fun bunch to be wif.. and i was able to display my unexplainable ability to interact wif juniors, no matter wat kind.. haha.. but anyway, it was fun to have them in the club and every moment together was memorable..(it does not necessarily mean good)

The last hour..

and of course, how can i forget bout the 24 people in my class that i have grown to like over the past few years.. i keep blogging entries about them that i am sure u guys are sick of me saying it again.. but its the last time, so forgive me yeah? haha.. actually i also dunno wat to say coz i have already said it so many times.. so juz wan to say that its been a great year with them, despite the differences.. i guess all of us has grown more acceptable to each other(or so i think) and come to accept the fact that it is impossible for everyone to get along with everyone.. so we juz have to compromise with one another and spare a thought for others with our actions.. yup.. love u guys..

its ending..

so, that is all for 2007 i guess.. am i going to list my new year resolutions now? well.. i'm not going to.. why not? coz i am about to enter a new phase of my life next year.. that is National Service.. ok now, dun get so excited for those of u who know wat it is and dun scratch ur head so vigorously for those of u who dun.. let me explain for the benefit of those who dun.. National Service, as the name suggest, is service to the nation, for all boys age 18 and above, they can either be shooting bullets at other countries, chasing crooks in cars with lights on the roof top, or spraying water at buildings on fire.. ya.. i am going to be spraying water.. for the next TWO years.. so, i cant think of much new year resolution for that kinda life, unless..

MY NEW YEAR RESOLUTION

1)Learn how to hold a fire hose
2) Learn to aim the fire hose at a burning building instead of the nosy neighbour beside it
3) Do not upset my sergeant for more than 3 times

and so on and so for.. so that wun make sense, wud it? haha.. so, instead of new year resolution, i shall juz state wat i expect my self to be doing, behave, develop into, think about and expecting..

its all going to live in memory..

My New Year Dos and Don'ts

1) *sigh* finally, my parents are not going to give me any pocket money, coz i am receiving pay. so for the first month, people, pls DON'T expect me to come out.. coz i have no cash!! AHHH!!! so anyway, u muz understand k? haha..
2) Having to finally experience the full blown impact of saying, "I am an adult", i guess actions really speak louder than words.. i have to be more responsible, and start contributing to the family, instead of coming home to play computer everyday.
3) Haiz.. now that i have reached the foot of the mountain of adulthood, am i still allowed to be lame and crazy? am i still allowed to be childish and behave retardedly sometimes? hmm...
4) unlike most of my frenz, i am actually kinda looking forward to National Service.. why? coz i tot i sort of get shut out from the world, and do some reflection on my own.. and most imptly, i get to stay away from girls awhile.. I AM NOT GAY!! its juz that.. mixing with girls is quite erm.. challenging.. ya.. haha.. therefore, i juz tot that u know, stay wif all boys for awhile, experience a different form of lifestyle..
5) heard that civil defence have a lot of different characters, so guess i will have to work my charm to make new frenz.. haha..
6) heard that cd has the worst food out of all the divisions.. who wan to mail me food?
7) Goodbye to her i guess.. yes yes yes.. "her" is the girl i like.. and goodbye because its over.. we agreed to be frenz, but i think things will become more simpler than frenz.. haiz.. maybe strangers.. dun ask me why.. i'm not saying..

so i guess thats it for now.. yeah.. 7 concerns.. not a lot huh? haha.. lucky seven.. oh my, its the new year already.. 00.24am.. so shall wish everyone have a great and fruitful year ahead.. if u think u experience ur worst yr ever last year, den u have nothing to worry about.. why? coz it cant get any worse since its the worst already.. =) so to everyone out there, a super big happy new year and i ams ure everything will go ur way in this new year, get enuff slp , drink enuff water, exercise more, make more frenz, but keep in contact with old ones, smile more, laugh more, be crazy more. help others more, be considerate more, share more. say more jokes, laugh at people jokes more, think more, dream more, hope more.. thats should be all..

DISNEYLAND!!!

yup.. finally.. in hong kong.. ok.. i know it says disneyland resort in the picture but its pretty mucht he same thing coz the park is located near the resort.. the cool thing about disneyland is that everything here is about disneyland, for example. .

anyway, the place was amazing.. no wonder kids love it so much, and adults love it too coz it makes them feel young.. anyway, to enter the park, u need..

anyway, boys being boys, me and my brother decided to visit..


yup.. in tomorrowland, we basically meet the sci-fi side of disney, like all the aliens u can think of, like Stich(i forgot how to spell), Zurg from Toys story, and of course..


my hero, buzz..

there's a ride in tomorrowland, called space mountain. its basically an indoor roller coaster with loads of turns and quite lame actually..


den me and my bro took another ride that involves us holding this..


and helping buzz lightyear to shoot..


Zurg, the purple colour guy, not the black one.. we were suppose to shoot at little "Z"s and get scores.. quite cute.. haha.. and guess wat? i got to take a picture with my hero..


BUZZ!! how cool is that? how many of you out there had chances to take picture with cartoon characters?

den after the crazy adventures in tomorrowland, we went to santa's workshop and took pictures with santa and his elves..

upon entering, we went to took a ride which involves 4 of our favourite frenz..









i dun think i need to state their names.. oh ya, i forgot..



er.. christopher robin rite? ya.. and ride involves us sitting in..

Me: Excuse me, how long will winnie the pooh take to come back?
Attendent: around 3 minutes
Me: oh.. so where did he go?
Attendent: He went to get honey..
Me:*stunned for 5 sec* oh.. thank you..

ok.. tell u guys wat.. i know u probably took less time to read this entry den my other entries(except the previous one) coz its all pictures.. but i am sure u agree its getting a bit long.. so seriously speaking, i shall share the second part of my disneyland journey another day k? unless of course u tag vigorously on my tagboard to update sooner(*hint hint*) so, in the meantime..

hi everyone! sorry for the long time period which i have not been blogging.. coz i've been overseas for 3 weeks.. so ya.. forgive me.. i was hoping to see many many tags when i get back.. but.. *sobs* there isn't!!! *breaks down into tears* but den again.. i dun mind no tags.. so its ok i guess.. anyway, i'm trying to upload my holidays pics for all of u to see.. so i will show it in the next few entries.. for now, juz wanna share a video with u guys i saw a few months ago i think.. found it interesting..
