Henry Lamer and the Chronicles of Taiwan: Prince Lamer 1.1

hi guys.. so continuing wif my adventrues in taiwan.. onto the third day, me and my dad took a train ride down to hua lian, another city in taiwan.. we woke at about 0630h..




yup.. this is 0630...

and this is the interior of the train..



wif a cafe..



and a karaoke carriage..



the whole train ride lasted about 2 hours.. they served us free tea.. but other than that, it was pretty uneventful.. so i took some scenic shots..







i juz put a few here.. coz if i put all, the com will crash.. so anyway, after 2 hours, i finally reached hua lian..



and my first meal there, consist of 10 of these..



yup.. wan ton... its quite delicious if u ask me.. haha..

so, our tour guide brought us to this place that we wanted to go.. one of the most beautiful sights in the world, the taroku gorge.. so from now on, there is gonna be millions of photos, and hardly any words(ok, this is not true coz a picture speaks a thousand words).. so.. enjoy!!

the best part about the place, in my opinion, is the river and all that water.. its so serene and beautiful..





these holes on the cliffs are where the swallows live.. cool heh?





yup.. swallow grotto, thats wat the place is called..

anyway, more beautiful rivers..



and.. taroku gorge is kinda dangerous.. due to..

anyway, thats all for the gorge.. not moving on to other parts of hua lian.. the guide took us to a beach..

and i saw this turkey(i think)



so i made him into this..



haha.. juz joking.. that is beef noodles, quite nice.. =)

so soon after, we took a train back to tai pei..



and juz for the fun of it, i bought the famous tie lu bian dang..



interior..



exterior.. it is basically made up of pork ribs, a slice of ham, braised egg and veggies.. it is not very nice.. haha..

anyway, that is all for taroku gorge.. the next entry, i will show u all the very famous taiwan 101!! so come back soon!!! see u!!

hey ppl.. so sorry that i took such a long time to update, one reason due to laziness and one reason which will be mentioned later..


for a couple of days, i have been pondering.. is it time for me to change my blog skin.. so that it will bring freshness to my viewers.. den i decided against it.. becoz, i tot that there is no nid to..

i wish that in the future, my blog will always remain like this.. simple.. and my words will be a source of familiarity to my readers, wherever they may be.. coz i realise quite a few of my childhood frenz have mentioned to me that i haven change at all since the last time they saw me.. and i take that as a gd sign.. so i was thinking about it and it dawn on me that.. change isn't always for the better.. so y not remain things as it is for now.. and see how things go yeah?

so.. i'll be continuing my chronicles of taiwan soon regardless of whether anyone is still visiting my site.. so ya.. till den... signing off..
