Henry Lamer and the Scottish Lady



just went out with boon on saturday.. like finally.. it's been trillion of years since we last went out together ever since the last time she came back from scotland.. so we decided to meet up and catch up. haha.. We went to orchard..


since both of us do not know wat to do and where to go, i came up with the brilliant idea of: Keep walking, and eat what you want.

So we agreed on some rules:


1) Choose a letter
2) First food/drink item we come across and it starts with that letter, we must buy it.
3) Must be cooked food.
4) Must be finger food.

So it kinda solve our dinner problem, and it allows us to see different things, keep talking, and gain no weight. haha..

So the first letter was from me, the letter A. and we ate..




























it's called erm.. awasagki something something.. We ate it at Isetan. The english translation is "Japanese Desert with soy sauce".

oh ya, before i forgot, boon gave me a present, i requested haagen daz, this is what she got me..






















ya.. creative heh? haha..


So we continued walking until we reach ngee ann city, and the letter was C. And we got...

























it's called chicken something something.. haha.. and boon commented that it's like chicken nuggets.. that's kinda true..haha..


We talked quite a bit, discuss about a few people. haha.. den we continued walking all the way to plaza singapura, and had the next food item of the letter B.


It was B.F.F from chirppy's i think.. i forgot to take a picture of it.. haha.. it's a mixture of fish and chips. haha..

Our drink started with the letter with N, which was my favourite drink, Nescafe coffee original. =)

No pics also. haha.. forgot..


anyway, we walked all the way to the esplanade and saw a live band!
















kinda wished i belong to a band..


But anyway, contents of our conversation will not be revealed here.. haha.. that's all!

Henry Lamer and the Lost Slavery


yeah yeah.. i know it's been ages since i last blog.. so sorry about that.. simply dunno wat to blog about.. actually i also dunno who i apologising to.. haha, coz i dun think anyone still visits my blog.. but nvm.. juz in case.. haha..


Life has been fine.. nothing major happening.. juz that recently, my mum's fren's maid is staying over at our house for week coz my mum's fren is going overseas, so ya..


it's kinda weird.. coz it's been so long since we had a maid, and its weird having a stranger staying over... so ya.. And this is exactly what i will be discussing today..


I juz dun understand why the maid dun wan to have dinner together with us, she likes to sit in one corner to have her dinner. For eg, once my parents had their classmates come over for dinner, den i ask my mum why can't the maid join us at the table, den she say the maid will feel weird..


??? I felt weird too, so does that mean i can hide one corner in my room and have dinner? that wud be cool.. haha.. and after dinner, the maid juz sits alone in one corner of the kitchen. U know how weird i feel everytime i go to the kitchen?

So it kinda set me thinking, why are things done this way? i'm sure those of u reading this who have maids, u do this this way as well.


why?


Aren't they humans as well? Is it not possible to treat them as a member as ur family? I understand they are working for you, but the fact that u all stay under one roof should mean that everyone do things together yeah? and it's not like they will only be with you for a short time, more often than not they stay with u for quite some time.. so ya.. get what i mean?


Anyway, that's juz one issue.. another i wan to mention here is the fact that i keep wasting time at home.. haiz.. and yet i nvr do anything about it..

Most of the time, i either watch tv, read story books or play com. and i dun do anything else. I spend way too much time on facebook doing nonsensical stuff, i play com games for way too long.. haiz, i can't get myself started for my german homework or any revisions. Falling behind in class, getting rusty for things like math, physics etc. Yet not doing anything about it..

Looks like i muz really draw up a study plan again.. but the thing is...
