Henry Lamer and the New Beginnings
Alright! I just gotten a job at starhub. Working as a mobile phone tester. the pay is pretty decent. So i guess that's good stuff. Kinda surprise i manage to get a job so quickly and with such a great pay. I sure am lucky. haha.. Can't wait to start work. It will be a totally new environment and that i hope that i can learn new skills from this working experience. Its a pretty long job, about half a year. Hopefully my new zealand dream wun be affected. haha..
Anyway, right now, i am resting at home. Hopefully these 2 weeks when i am clearing my leave, i can finish a few productive things. Like painting the house, clearing up my super messy room, the table, the cabinets etc. Of course, i hope my dancing course will start soon. Can't wait too. Poppin!!! yippeee!!! And of course, i better work on my german if i want to pass my exams WELL. Not just pass. Yup, of course keep up with certain spiritual stuff and continue and hang out with my frenz.. =)
Till the next time,
See you guys around!
Henry Lamer and the End of Course Report
Hey everyone! back to blog again.. haha.. after so long.. =p
The Medical Orderly Course(MOC) i took just ended on Friday, 2 october 2009. And just yesterday, or i should say this morning, i ended Exercise Rambo. These 2 events sort of signify the end of my NS life: unofficially. hehe.. but nonetheless, its been meaningful. But for today, i just wanna talk about the MOC i took.
I think throughout the course, other than the theory tests set, i haven been able to contribute much. Reason being i am hardly in camp, and also i didnt really go and spend lots of time studying my stuff. So i felt kinda guilty for that. But yet, throughout the course, i learnt a lot of stuff. Not only medically, but also things in regards to knowing my fellow instructors better, knowing my trainees better, man management skills etc. My trainees has given me lots of problem throughout the course, but so have i. =)
Yet, surprisingly, i have helped them more than i tot i did. A few of them actually chose me as their favourtie instructor, some whom i hardly interact with. And some actually walked up to me and shake my hand when they eventually passed out from their course. It was kinda heartwarming, and i really felt that no matter what u do, u will still leave an impact in people's life.
So at the end of the course, no matter what crap i have to go thru, i kinda feel that its worth it. =)
