Henry Lamer and the Traditional New Year Resolutions

Hello everyone!Back on the first day of 2010 to blog about my new year resolutions. But before that, just a quick recap on the year that juz passed....

2009 marks the year i finally finally finally finally completed my 1 year and 1o months of national service. All in all, i made great friends, created great memories and went through great experiences. =)

2009 also marks the year i hit the age of 20, which in my opinion is more impt than turning 21. Coz the first digit of my age finally evolved. More responsibilities, blah blah blah, you know the rest.

2009 also saw me getting my first job, sort of la, if we ignored the acting past. So i guess that's one of the important steps of achieveing adulthood, not that i am very keen on it. lol.

And also in 2009, i started to use "lol" more frequently. Exact reason? Unknown.

So to cut it short, that's 2009 for you. =)

So what do i hope to achieve in 2010?

1) Save enough money for uni.
You know, it's been quite sometime since i last asked pocket money from my parents. i don't really want this status to change. I hate to explain where my money is going. =p

2) Go to New Zealand with a low low budget
I seriously dun wanna cancel the trip. So please let me discover and excellent package!!

3) Be a better man
Lol. I say this every year i think. Better is kinda vague. So how better? Less vulgarities, less money spend on unnecessary stuff, show more people more love, contribute more to a clean and green environment, cultivate my spiritual side, listen to what my parents tell me, stop listening to rubbish stuff my frenz tell me, the list goes on...

4) World peace
I hope i can always contribute a little every year. Dun argue with people, be a peacemaker etc.

Right now, i only can think of this four. Coz i am kinda tired now. haha.. Maybe you can share your resolutions with me too? Look forward to your reply.. =)

Henry Lamer and the Post-NS Life

Hi everyone! Mr Inactive is back! Omg. It's been like one month since i last blogged. *horrified* Bet you guys must be like missing me to bits. lol. So sorry my dear readers, if you are out there. But most imptly, i'm back!

Life has been packed. Kinda. Working almost every single day. Went on a cruise trip.

















Awesome stuff. And back to work after that. Anyway, i am more or less enjoying my civilian life now. Like totally. But seriously, i can't wait for school to start. Really really miss school life.

And one thing that is seriously bothering me right now, is that i am once again hesitating bout my new zealand trip, reason: Cash. I mean i would have enough money for it. But the thing is that, i will run out of money for my uni pocket money. Which i kinda dun wan to ask from my parents. That would mean 2 option: 1) Don't go New Zealand 2) Work while i am schooling. Option 2 will really take a lot of self discipline and i would really need to work like ultra hard.

What to do? Any suggestions ppl?
